How soon can we start?: We email within one business day to book the kickoff and agree a start date that works for you.
What if we don't build with you?: The proposal and all documentation are yours to keep regardless. The fee only credits forward if you choose to proceed.
Can we get an invoice or use a PO?: Yes — you'll get an invoice for the payment. Larger or regulated buyers who need a PO or MSA in place first can talk to sales.
Is the payment secure?: Razorpay processes the payment (PCI-DSS Level 1). Your card details never touch Myndstack.
